About us

Laura: a dynamic woman, a citizen of the world. A career devoted to fashion, 20 years in showrooms, 40 years lived in fashion-driven Milan. A chef by passion, for her food is the ultimate stress reliever.

Ciccio: lazy by nature, deeply Italian, absolutely reluctant to travel. 40 years spent in the kitchen, at the stoves of renowned delicatessens. A chef by profession, for him food is life. 2020 They meet: Elegance meets tagliatelle. 2025 Laura discovers her true talent: ravioli and tagliatelle. Ciccio discovers the beauty of fashion.

FINAL RESULT Laura and Ciccio will teach you the beauty of tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisù, in their own home: a wonderful loft filled with fashion objects and modern artworks, right by the Navigli, in the very heart of Milan’s fashion and design district.

You will be welcomed with a typically Italian aperitivo

  • You will dive into the simple yet magical chemistry of water and flour, shaping the dough that becomes the heart of delicate tagliatelle. You will uncover the alchemy behind the timeless meeting of cacio and pepe, and finally you will craft and savor your own tagliatelle and ravioli, celebrating the pleasure of true Italian tradition.

    You will discover the secrets of tiramisù, Italy’s most beloved and iconic dessert, creating it yourself under Laura’s fun and engaging guidance, and experiencing the magic and joy that have made it a symbol of Italian sweetness around the world.

    You will enjoy your handmade tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisù, accompanied by a good red wine, and complete the experience by tasting the bright Mediterranean flavour of limoncello.

  • In this class, you will discover what makes authentic Italian pizza truly special. We’ll explore the importance of high-quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and above all, the art of proper dough fermentation. The key to achieving a light, fragrant, and perfectly digestible pizza.

    You’ll then have the chance to become a true pizzaiolo: each of you will create your own pizza, choosing the ingredients you love most and crafting a combination that reflects your personal taste.

    And to finish on a sweet note, we’ll dive into the world of Italian gelato. Creamy, rich, and full of flavor. We’ll prepare a beloved classic… but we won’t reveal the flavor just yet. That will be a delicious surprise!
